Use this quick guide to quickly and easily flash/debrand your Sony Ericsson handset with our 4SE app:

• Open an account. A 4SE Lite license allowing you to flash/debrand any supported Sony Ericsson device costs $8 (other license options are available if you need access for longer).

• Download the 4SE software. The 4SE client software is the interface you use to perform any instant action on your phone.

• Install the USB flash drivers. Click your Windows start button, go to programs/applications folder, open 4SE folder, click "Install USBFlash Drivers". Follow the directions to complete installation.

• Enter license details. Open the 4SE client, click on the "Settings" tab and input your license details. Click "Apply" when done.

• Select your model & connect. Select your model from the list on the left - if you are not sure about your model select auto-detect and use "Read Info" to get the model information. With your phone fully charged and powered off, connect by plugging the cable in while holding down the "C" button (Xperia users use the "back" button, Satio users use the green "call" button).

• Download firmware. To flash from the thousands of firmware versions available on our servers, click the "Firmware" tab, then the "Server Search" tab and then click the "Search" button below. Select the desired version from the presented list, then press "Download". Once downloaded, the firmware will be available under the "Flash" tab in the library.

• Select firmware. Click back to the "Operations" tab and then click the "Library" button of the "Flash" tab. Confirm the version you wish to flash by clicking the "select" button.

• Press START. Press the START button to begin the flash and let the software do the rest.
